How far in advance should I order?
The earlier, the better! I take a limited number of orders each season, and once I’m booked, I can’t take more. Aim for at least 2–3 weeks before your school’s homecoming to secure your spot, but earlier is even better!
What extras can I add?
Feathers, boas, lights, stuffed animals, specialty braids, glitter ribbon, themed charms…the list goes on! Extras will vary depending on your budget and design choice. I specialize in extra special additions when possible regardless of budget!
Where are you located?
I’m located in McKinney. Pickup details will be shared once your order is ready. There are limited options for delivery (for a fee) if needed.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Small changes may be possible if I haven’t started yet. Once I’ve begun making your mum, changes aren’t guaranteed.
What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
All sales are final. If you cancel after materials are purchased, I can’t offer a refund.
Can you match my date’s mum/garter?
Yes! I can coordinate them so they look like a pair.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes, if I have space in my schedule. A rush fee may apply.
Do you take group orders?
Yes! If you have a team or group that you are purchasing for, just send me and email ([email protected]) and I'll send you a quote!!!
